No more PD for me, unless... I get supported to the end!

I remember with fondness the workshops I attended when I started my teaching career years ago, and, similarly, the extra training I eagerly attende
d when I became a school leader. After a while, though, I realized that I was not getting the full benefits of those workshops. No matter how determined I was to implement the many good ideas that had been shared with me, only a fraction of them were put to good use. I blamed myself for being lazy, and I even lost interest in attending workshops for a while.
Then it dawned on me that two things were missing. First, many workshops were mostly lectures. There was no time for me to fully process the information and to plan how I could use it after the training. Second, I was the only one keeping myself accountable for implementing change!
We fixed that for you! At Wisdom Education Coaching, results are important! Save the date, August 12th, and explore our new series of multiday workshops for teachers and school leaders across Asia! No more Professional Development unless I receive support with planning and implementing improvements in my school!
