It Starts at the Top: How to Create a Mindful School Culture is a two-day interactive program designed for school leaders seeking to foster a culture of mindfulness, collaboration, and well-being in their schools. Day 1 lays the groundwork by exploring the principles of mindful leadership, effective communication, inclusivity, and the link between leadership behaviors and school culture. Day 2 builds on this foundation through practical application—engaging in active listening, balancing trust with accountability, and creating actionable strategies to empower teachers, strengthen partnerships, and reinvigorate the school mission. Participants leave with a personalized action plan and renewed clarity on how to lead mindfully and sustainably.
