Michel has spent more than four decades walking alongside students, teachers, parents, and school leaders. As a teacher, principal, leadership coach, lutdoor education leader, and accreditation chair, he has worked in diverse educational settings across Canada and internationally, always guided by one central question: How can we help children grow into capable, confident, and compassionate human beings?

His work blends neuroscience, intrinsic motivation, and contemplative wisdom with practical, real-world experience. Michel believes that meaningful change in children begins with the adults who guide them. By cultivating self-awareness, clarity, and steady leadership in adults, we create the conditions where children can thrive naturally.

Through Wisdom Education Coaching, his purpose is simple and ambitious at the same time: to positively impact the lives of one million children by supporting the educators and parents who shape their world each day.
