S’appuyant sur une approche fondée sur la pleine conscience, nous proposons des ateliers et des programmes de coaching conçus pour inspirer le bien-être, favoriser l’intelligence émotionnelle et développer des compétences de leadership efficaces.

En combinant pratiques de pleine conscience et techniques de coaching éprouvées, nous aidons les éducateur·rice·s, les parents et les dirigeant·e·s à cultiver résilience, clarté et communication bienveillante. Michel Thibeault

Fondateur de Wisdom Education Coaching, Michel Thibeault cumule près de 40 ans d’expérience dans le domaine éducatif : 13 ans en tant que directeur d’école et directeur de la pleine conscience à Panyaden International School, puis 6 ans comme PDG fondateur du Centre for Leadership and Adventure in Nature au Canada. Coach en leadership certifié ACC par l’ICF, il a reçu l’Outstanding Leadership Award lors de l’édition Education 2.0 et a été nominé en 2025 aux Fluxx Awards à Hong Kong pour ses remarquables contributions à l’éducation.

Michel Thibeault is an award-winning Canadian educator, TEDx speaker, and founder of Wisdom Education Coaching. With nearly four decades of experience across classrooms and leadership roles in Canada and Asia, Michel’s mission is simple yet profound: to positively impact the lives of one million children by reimagining how education nurtures both the mind and the heart.

Michel is the creator of Heart and Mind Adventure Learning, an approach that balances academic rigor with socio-emotional development. Central to this philosophy is the R.A.I.R.E. framework (Reflect, Accept, Interrupt, Reframe, Engage), a practical tool that help educators and parents navigate conflict and build resilience to manage stress, and create environments where calm, connection, and curiosity thrive. His core belief is that we must first train teachers and school leaders before we can expect them to train students—because thriving adults create the conditions for thriving children.

A two-time burnout survivor, Michel transformed his hardship into a lifelong strength. After completing his master’s thesis on the causes and prevention of burnout, he has remained burnout-free for over 30 years. His work helps educators, parents, and leaders achieve the same resilience, supported by his Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) training and Somatic Coaching certification.

Michel’s career also reflects a deep connection to nature and experiential education. While serving the French School Authority of British Columbia, he founded the Centre for Leadership and Adventure in Nature (CLAN). There, he designed and led outdoor programs and specialized camps for youth with behavioral challenges, learning differences, and giftednes. His commitment to outdoor education is reinforced by an impressive array of certifications, including Advanced Wilderness First Aid, Lakewater Canoe Instructor, Canoe Tripping Leader, Sea Kayaking Guide and Instructor, Rock Climbing Certification, Archery Coaching, and Lifeguard Training. These credentials underscore his ability to blend safety, adventure, and leadership development in transformative learning experiences.

Michel’s academic background includes a B.Ed. in Teaching French as a Second Language (McGill University), an M.Ed. in Educational Administration (Université de Montréal), and current doctoral research in Educational Leadership (European International University, Paris). Professionally, he is a certified Chair with WASC Accreditation, an ICF ACC-certified Leadership Coach, an NLP practitioner, and an international trainer, having delivered workshops in various countries since the year 2020. His expertise covers curriculum design, classroom management, mindfulness integration, and leadership resilience.

His contributions have been recognized globally. Michel received the Outstanding Leadership Award at Education 2.0 in Dubai (2022) and was honored as Education Expert of the Year – Education, Thailand at the Fluxx Event in June 2025. He has spoken on international stages, from TEDx in Malaysia to EARCOS education conferences, and continues to inspire diverse audiences with his authentic blend of storytelling, practical strategies, and evidence-based insights.

Fluent in English and French, and proficient in Spanish and Thai, Michel connects naturally with multicultural audiences. His personal life reflects his professional philosophy: he maintains vitality and balance through daily meditation and regular cycling, hiking, rock climbing, and swimming.

Michel’s journey, from coaching ice hockey at 17 to shaping the future of mindful education worldwide, embodies his lifelong conviction: when adults thrive, children flourish.

Philip Keay - University Professor

A non-conventional educator, teacher trainer, and author committed to transforming society through heart-centered, skills-focused education. He empowers parents, teachers, and leaders to develop essential communication, self-leadership, and holistic well-being skills, nurturing the confidence to lead effectively. By modeling and using Task-Based Learning, Philip helps his adult students evolve into facilitative leaders. He holds a Master’s in English Language Teaching & Applied Linguistics from King’s College London.

Robert Barrett - School Leader

30+ years of educational experience, including nearly 20 as a leader at a multicultural private school in Copenhagen that combined academic excellence with a strong focus on students’ well-being. A lifelong mindfulness practitioner and nominee for Denmark’s best teacher, he now advises parents and educators on integrating mindful leadership and universal values into school communities. Robert holds degrees from McGill University and the University of Toronto.

Aae Jeerawan - Play Therapist

Aae's 13 years as a preschool teacher at Panyaden International School in Chiangmai convinced her of the power of play to support children’s emotional, social, and developmental growth. In 2022, she began exploring play therapy, earning a certification in Therapeutic Play Skills in 2024, and became full certified Play Therapist in 2025. Aae combines insights brought in by play therapy with practical classroom knowledge. She's eager to share play therapy principles with classroom teachers to help them deepen their understanding of children's needs and how to best support them.

Ann - Clinical Psychologist

With 16 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and families. She has worked in both governmental and private sectors. Ann specializes in promoting social-emotional skills in children, positive parenting, and understanding developmental milestones in physical, social, and cognitive domains, tailored to each developmental stage. She believes that the role of the family is crucial in shaping desirable traits and in fostering the mental well-being of the child.

Rhoda - Mindfulness & Wellbeing Expert

With over 18 years of teaching experience in international schools. She holds MSc psychology degree and a doctoral degree in education, researching about the development of emotional intelligence through mindfulness practices. She also provides training to parents and teachers for enhancing their stress management and communication skills so that children can learn in a positive environment. She is passionate in helping children with special needs and becoming licensed in behavioral analysis.

Sofia Xavier is the founder of Xavier Works & Co.

Xavier Works & Co. is a global consultancy and coaching company dedicated to conscious growth, systemic healing, and sustainable transformation.

Her work focuses on addressing hidden dynamics in the subconscious mind, integrating Jungian Coaching, Hypnosis, NLP, Happiness Management, and other systemic approaches.

Originally from Portugal, Sofia has lived and worked across Asia for nine years, bridging human development with cross-cultural agility.

She is also the founder of Piko Academy, an initiative empowering youth through edupreneuship initiatives, developing conscious leadership, and healing intergenerational patterns within family systems.

A passionate advocate for conscious leadership, Sofia has facilitated programs for the World Academy for the Future of Women (WAFW) in India and Mexico, working with groups of up to 100 women.

Through WAFW’s special consultative status with the United Nations ECOSOC, she participated as a delegate and speaker at the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women (CSW69) in New York.

She is the co-author of the coaching tool Be the Coach of Your Life, the Amazon best-seller Chinese on Your Terms: Mastering the Art of Learning Chinese Through Coaching and Hidden Loyalties: Unconscious Dynamics Around Money, Visibility, and Success.

Lilly is an experienced educator and mindfulness specialist dedicated to helping families foster emotional well-being. With nearly two decades in education, she has worked across teaching, curriculum development, and pastoral leadership, supporting children, parents, and teachers in creating nurturing environments. As the founder of Mindful Sparks, she empowers parents with practical tools to strengthen self-awareness, cultivate compassion, and build resilience, helping them navigate challenges with more confidence and ease.

Her expertise in age-appropriate and accessible mindfulness practices equips families and teachers with strategies to cultivate emotional balance, improve communication, and create a more mindful, connected home.

David Arturs, Founder of DdD Experiences

DdD Experiences creates academic and adventurous activities in northern Thailand and works closely with the International School Community. Dave Arthurs has been working with children since he was a teenager. He’s a qualified teacher with over 20 years of experience who has remained relentlessly passionate about facilitating student engagement with learning. He has developed outdoor education programs in top International schools, crafting an approach which aims to maximise the value of the outdoor experience for every student.
